About Mary Guzman

I was born in Southern California in the Los Angeles area, and spent my early years in San Diego before embarking on a life-changing journey with my three children. When they were still in elementary and middle school, we made the bold move to Northern New Mexico, drawn by its beauty, culture and slower pace of life.

In 2001 , I partnered with my sister to open a restaurant in the charming village of Arroyo Seco. That chapter instilled in me a deep appreciation for thoughtful service, attention to detail and the importance of creating meaningful experiences, values that continue to shape my work today. 

I later transitioned to Santa Fe, where I earned my real estate license in 2006 and found my true calling. Since then I have built my business on relationships, trust and a nuanced understanding of the Santa Fe market.

My approach to real estate is both highly personalized and strategic. I take the time to understand each client's vision, whether guiding a buyer in discovering a distinctive Santa Fe residence or partnering with a seller to position their home for maximum impact.
